After facing his own challenges re-entering the workforce following prison, Wayne saw the need for something greater a company that not only clears waste but clears barriers. Our mission is simple: To give real work to real people who need a fresh start. We provide employment and training opportunities for ex-offenders and individuals who’ve struggled to find work, helping them rebuild their confidence, skills, and stability.
